Working with residential properties for over 30 years in the Gainesville area, my objective at Forest Creek is to construct homes with an energy efficient building envelope, and then include the solar package to accomplish little or no electric bill. This will represent one of Florida's first solar neighborhoods.

Our first two homes have already been recognized with energy awards, and my goal is to concentrate on prices starting under $300,000, with quality construction and true energy performance.
